ZAMBIA AIRWAYS (2014) LIMITED APPOINTS AIRLINEPROS ZIMBABWE AS GENERAL SALES AND SERVICES AGENT (GSSA).

Zambia Airways (2014) Limited, is pleased to announce that AirlinePros Zimbabwe has been appointed as the airline's authorized Passenger GSSA for the territory. Mr. Emmanuel Chisanga, Commercial Manager of Zambia Airways, made the announcement on Thursday, 9 October 2025 following an engagement meeting with the Agent.
The appointment follows a review of the Agent’s track record, its understanding of Zambia Airways operations and passenger management systems, and the ability to manage complex travel requirements in a fast-paced setting. According to the agreement, AirlinePros Zimbabwe will oversee, plan, manage, and carry out all of Zambia Airways (2014) Limited's marketing and sales initiatives in Zimbabwe.
The appointment is a critical milestone in Zambia Airways growth strategy, as it will support the airline’s business development plans in line with its expansion strategy and boost regional connectivity.
